Watched video of Carlos Gardel Bingo Spanish 1: Speaking/Listening Practice Played "Juego de Cartas" game with food vocabulary. Spanish 2: Speaking/Listening Practice White board practice using the new hobbies and the singular conjugations of the preterite tense. Ss completed a short writing worksheet for a CW grade.

Spanish 2:
Speaking/Listening Practice News from the weekend Card Game with Pastimes for bonus points on quiz Friday Spanish 1: Started Food vocabulary lesson. Did Speaking/Listening practice to introduce the new terms. Also completed the reading worksheet on the back of the vocabulary handout and watched a video about Puerto Rico.
Spanish 2: Began vocabulary lesson on pastimes and games. Introduced vocab and did speaking/listening practice. Competed the worksheet on back as well.
Spanish 1: (3rd & 7th) - Reviewed and took quiz on 1st/2nd/3rd persons of present tense.
Spanish 1: (2nd & 6th) - Completed WB activity and conversation worksheet from the block day. Spanish 2: - Reviewed and took quiz. Also passed back last quiz graded. Spanish 1: (Except 2nd and 6th periods. We didn't meet due to pACT testing.) -White board writing practice -WS where students filled in missing words in a conversation. -Scavenger Hunt (Speaking Practice.)
Spanish 2: Same, but in past tense.
Spanish 1: Students played guessing game "Quien Soy?" (Who am I). Students wrote their own descriptions and we read them aloud and guessed the people as a class.
Spanish 2: Students watched a Keynote with all the answers to the questions they wrote down for me on Monday. Students wrote conversations practicing the 2nd person singular. (CW Grade).
